What design would you like your tattoo artist to create, and where on your body do you envision it? Have you come across some pictures of tattoos or illustrations that resonate with you? If so, please include these images in your tattoo portfolio. How large would you like the tattoo to be? Just a rough idea, like palm size, for example. Does your new tattoo need to fit around or cover existing tattoos? If that's the case, please include pictures of what you already have from your visits to the tattoo shop. Are there any particular dates or days of the week that would not work for you?
